Erdene Resource Development Corp (TSX: ERD, MSE:ERDN) has agreed to extend the term of the common share purchase warrants issued in connection with a non-brokered private placement, which closed in February 2019, other than those that were issued to insiders. Effective February 28, 2021, 10,265,222 warrants will have their expiry date extended by three months to May 28, 2021. The exercise price of $0.50 and all other terms of the Warrants remain unchanged.
