‘Ard Credit NBFI’ JSC announced that the Board of Directors approved the distribution of MNT 1.0 billion or 49.79% of its net income to its shareholders by a dividend of MNT 3.57 per share on February 11, 2021. 

The list of eligible shareholders will be determined by April 09, 2021 and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository within June 30, 2021.
