In accordance with Board Resolution No.: 21/01 of "Aduunchuluun" JSC dated February 18, 2021, the 'Aduunchuluun' JSC announced that the Company will distribute MNT 126 million to its shareholders from its net profit for the year of 2020 by a dividend of MNT 40.00 per share.

The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends will be determined as the record date of the shareholders' meeting and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository starting from June 01, 2020.
