‘E-Trans Logistic’ JSC announced that the Board of Directors approved the distribution of MNT 231.0 million or 85 percent of total profit, to its shareholders by a dividend of MNT 5.00 per share on February 18, 2021. 

The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends will be determined as the record date of the shareholders' meeting and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository within May July 30, 2021.
