‘Hermes Center’ JSC announced that the Board of Directors approved the distribution of MNT 377.0 million to its shareholders by a dividend of MNT 4.80 per share on February 17, 2021. 

The list of eligible shareholders will be determined by March 11, 2021 and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository starting from March 15, 2021.
