‘Tandem Invest NBFI’ JSC announced that the Board of Directors approved the void of previous BoD's resultion No.: 05 dated on February 08, 2021, and  decree the distribution of MNT 119.5 million to its shareholders as a dividend of MNT 0.12 per share on March 19, 2021. 

The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends will be determined as the record date of the shareholders' meeting and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository within December 30, 2021.
