RINGING THE BELL CEREMONY ORGANIZED FOR PRIMARY MARKET OF "INVESCORE BOND 2.0"

The 'Invescore NBFI' JSC, a constituent in the Top-20 index, is issuing the 'Invescore Bond', which has become the highest amount of debt instrument offered by private sector issuers, and the ringing the bell ceremony for Tranche 1 of this issuance has been organized at MSE today.

In relation to this, Mr. Tserenbadral, Deputy Chairman of the FRC, Mr. Altai.Kh, CEO of Mongolian Stock Exchange, Mr. Bayasgalan.D, CEO of ‘Invescore NBFI’ JSC,  and Mrs. Uyangakhishig.G, CEO of ‘Invescore Capital UTsK’ LLC have participated in the opening ceremony of the subscription of the ‘Invescore Bond’ and rung the bell to open the 6,491st trading of MSE.

Under this ‘Invescore Bond’ program, a total of 200,000 securities worth MNT 20.0 billion will be offered to public at the nominal price of MNT 100,000 with annual interest rate of 12-14% and 2-year maturity.  The coupon payment will be paid in every 6 months, and 5% interest income tax will be imposed.

In the first tranche, a total of MNT8.0 billion will be offered to public with annual coupon of 13% and orders will be taken during the period between 10am to 4 pm on June 14-16th, 2021.
