According to Financial Regulatory Commission Resolution No.211, dated on 11 June 2014 and resolution No.153, dated on 07 May 2014, “Rescap Securities” LLC, “London Asia Capital Mongolia” LLC and “Sankhuugiin hugjil invest” LLC’s membership rights have been terminated by the decree No.2014/06 of MSE Board of Directors on 30 June 2014 based on article No.7.3.1, No.7.3.17 of Charter of Mongolian Stock Exchange.

 

Due to termination of membership, the companies’ clients will be transferred to other brokerage companies according to the relevant legislation.
