In relation to the launch of the follow-on offering of Erdene Resource Development Corporation, the first dual listed company on the MSE, MSE hosted  the bell ringing ceremony. The event was attended by Bayarsaikhan.D, Chairman of the Financial Regulatory Commission, Altai.Kh, CEO of MSE, T.Khash-Erdene, Deputy CEO of MSE, A.Bilguun, Vice Director of Business Development of "Erdene Resource Development Corporation" JSC and Dayanbilguun D, Executive Director of “BDSec” JSC.

The subscription for the follow-on offering of "Erdene Resources Development Corporation" JSC will start on October 04, 2021 to raise a total of USD 5,000,000 or MNT 14,250,000,000 (fourteen billion two hundred and fifty million)  and the subcription period will end on Oct 08, 2021. 

"BDSec" JSC is working as a lead underwriter, "Snow Hill Consultancy" LLC as legal advisor, "Mandal Capital Markets UTsK" JSC and "Tavan Bogd Capital UtsK" LLC are partner underwriters.
