Erdene Resource Development Corporation, the first dual-listed company on the Mongolian Stock Exchange, issued follow-up offering of 17,484,662 shares equivalent to 5.9 percent of its total common stocks to raise MNT14,249,999,530, and subscriptions of the primary market were conducted from October 4 to October 8, 2021, from 10:00 to 17:00.

A total of 1861 individuals and entities participated in the primary market subscription. The primary market order was oversubscribed by 46.2%, with an order of 25,570,677 shares and a value of MNT20,840,101,755. Orders were fulfilled according to allocation policy by the lead underwriter.

According to the official letter No.: 1/3561 of Chairman of FRC, dated October 12, 2021, FRC deemed the primary market trading of Erdene Resource Development Corporation successful, and the secondary market trading started from October 13, 2021.
