Primary market trading of the first tranche LendMN bond, issued as a part of a plan implemented by "LendMN NBFI" JSC, with an annual coupon rate of 14%, 2-year maturity, and a par value of MNT 100,000 went successful, and MNT 2.5 billion was raised.

A total of 44 individuals and entities have subscribed for 25,000 bonds worth a total of MNT 2,500,000,000, and the primary market subscription was closed at the issuer's request.

The right to redeem extra payment shall be effective upon FRC's declaration of completing the bond's primary market.
