According to the Resolution No.: 01 of Board of Directors meeting of ‘Takhico’ JSC, dated January 31, 2022, the Board approved to distribute dividends in the amount of MNT 128,518,164 or MNT 108 per share. 

The shareholders of record as of the record date will be entitled to receive the dividend, declared by the company, and the dividends will be transfered to the shareholders accounts at the Mongolian Central Securities Depository within May 1, 2022.
