According to the Resolution No.: 02 of Board of Directors meeting of ‘Tandem Invest NBFI’ JSC, dated February 11, 2022, the Board approved to distribute dividends in the amount of MNT 0.85 per share. 

The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends will be determined by March 07, 2022 and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository within December 30, 2022.
