The Exchange regularly organizes training sessions aimed at providing knowledge and information on finance and capital markets to university students, senior secondary school students, and the general public.
Based on the company’s 2025 year-end financial statements, a total of MNT 1,000,000,000 from operating net profit will be distributed as dividends at MNT 12.5 per share.
According to the Resolution No.: 22/02 of Board of Directors meeting of ‘APU’ JSC, dated February 17, 2022, the Board approved to distribute dividends in the amount of MNT 60 per share.
The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends will be determined as the record date of the shareholders' meeting and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository within December 31, 2022.
