Investors submitted 6 bids totaling MNT 6.5 billion for the 26-week discount bonds and 6 bids totaling MNT 6.5 billion for the 3-year coupon-bearing bonds, resulting in total demand of MNT 13 billion.
A total of 25,000 additional common shares, registered on the Toronto Stock Exchange (Canada), have been added to the existing 65,227,554 shares.
This decision was made in accordance with Articles 6.1.1 and 6.2.10 of the Law on the Legal Status of the Financial Regulatory Commission, as well as Article 9.2 of the Law on the Mining Products Exchange.
According to the Resolution No.: 01/2022 of Board of Directors meeting of ‘Ulaanbaatar khivs’ JSC, dated February 17, 2022, the Board approved to distribute dividends in the amount of MNT 1200 per share.
The list of eligible shareholders for dividends will be determined by March 10, 2022, and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository within June 30, 2022.
