According to the Resolution No.: 01 of Board of Directors meeting of ‘Makh Impex’ JSC, dated February 17, 2022, the Board approved to distribute dividends in the amount of MNT 100 per share. 

The list of shareholders  who are eligible for dividends will be determined as the record date of the shareholders' meeting and the dividends will be paid in cash to the shareholders at the Company Office starting from October 1, 2022.
