According to the Resolution No.:2022/04 of Board of Directors meeting of ‘Ard credit NBFI’ JSC, dated February 18, 2022, the Board approved to distribute dividends in the amount of MNT 1,260,000,000 or MNT 4.5 per share. 

The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends will be determined as the record date of the shareholders' meeting and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository within July 1, 2022.
