According to the Resolution No.: 02 of Board of Directors meeting of ‘Barilga corporation’ JSC, dated February 18, 2022, the Board approved to distribute dividends in the amount of MNT 500 per share. 

The list of eligible shareholders for dividends will be determined by March 07, 2022, and the dividends will be paid at the company's office starting from April 14, 2022.
