Investors submitted 6 bids totaling MNT 6.5 billion for the 26-week discount bonds and 6 bids totaling MNT 6.5 billion for the 3-year coupon-bearing bonds, resulting in total demand of MNT 13 billion.
A total of 25,000 additional common shares, registered on the Toronto Stock Exchange (Canada), have been added to the existing 65,227,554 shares.
This decision was made in accordance with Articles 6.1.1 and 6.2.10 of the Law on the Legal Status of the Financial Regulatory Commission, as well as Article 9.2 of the Law on the Mining Products Exchange.
According to Resolution No.: 02 of Board of Directors meeting of ‘Mon It Buligaar’ JSC, dated February 11, 2022, the Board approved to distribute dividends in the amount of MNT 600 per share.
The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends will be determined as the record date of the shareholders' meeting and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository starting from July 01, 2022.
