According to the Resolution No.: 03 of Board of Directors meeting of ‘Technicimport’ JSC, dated February 17, 2022, the Board approved to distribute dividends in the amount of MNT 500 per share. 

The list of eligible shareholders for dividends will be determined by March 10, 2022, the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository.
