Investors submitted 10 bids amounting to MNT 9.0 billion for the 52-week discount bonds, and 10 bids amounting to MNT 9.0 billion for the 3-year coupon-bearing bonds, resulting in total demand of MNT 18.0 billion.
According to the Resolution No.: 02/01 of Board of Directors meeting of ‘Darkhan Selengiin tsakhilgaan tugeekh suljee’ JSC, dated February 18, 2022, the Board approved to distribute dividends amount of MNT 37.47 per share.
The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends will be determined by April 15, 2022, and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at the company office on November 25, 2022.
