According to Resolution No.: 03 of Board of Directors meeting of ‘Khurd’ JSC, dated February 19, 2022, the Board approved to distribute dividends in the amount of MNT 1677 per share. 

The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends will be determined on March 15, 2022, and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at the Mongolian Central Securities Depository within the second quarter of 2022.
