According to Resolution No. 03 of the Board of Directors of “Invescore NBFI” JSC, dated February 18, 2022, the Board approved to distribute dividends in the amount of MNT 25.00 per share and a total of MNT 1.79 billion from the net profit of 2021.

The dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository within May 18, 2022 and the tax deduction will be made under the related laws and regulations.
