According to the Resolution No.310 of the Financial Regulatory Commission dated June 8, 2022, the decision to list additional 4,600,000 ordinary shares of “Invescore NBFI” JSC with a per value of MNT 227 each has been approved. Therefore the total number of issued shares was amended to 76,327,918 on the security registration.

The company is offering 4,000,000 ordinary shares of the total additional shares to the public at MNT 4,155 per share. If there is excess demand, the company will offer additional 600,000 ordinary shares to the public at MNT 4,155 per share.
