Opening bell ceremony for primary market trading of additional shares issued by “Invescore NBFI” JSC held today at Mongolian Stock Exchange.

To honor the occasion Mr. T.Tserenbadral, Deputy head of the FRC; Mr. Kh.Altai, CEO of the Mongolian Stock Exchange; Mr. D.Bayasgalan, CEO of “Invescore NBFI” JSC; Ms. G.Uyangakhishig, CEO of “Invescore Capital” LLC; Mr. S.Gan-Erdene, CEO of “Golomt Capital” JSC and other delegates visited the Mongolian Stock Exchange and rang the bell to start the 6,742th  securities trading of the Mongolian Stock Exchange

“Invescore NBFI” JSC is offering 4’000’000 additional ordinary shares at MNT 4,155 per share and If the demand for primary market trading orders oversubscribe, the company is planning to offer additional 600’000 ordinary shares at MNT MNT 4,155 per share according to the allocation plan.

Additional shares offered by “Invescore NBFI” JSC will be accepted through the IPO system of the Mongolian Stock Exchange from June 27 to July 1, 2022.
