According to the Resolution No.21/06 of the Regular Shareholders’ meeting of the "Bulgan-Undraga" JSC, which is listed in the 3rd classification of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, dated August 2, 2021 was renamed and approved revised rules, the name of “Bulgan-Undraga” JSC has changed to “Crypto Nation” JSC by the Order No. A/105 of CEO of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, dated November 23,2021 and the Order of the Chairman of the Financial Regulatory Commission, dated March 9, 2022.
Registered it in State Registration Office of Legal Entity and amended on the Company’s Certificate on May 18, 2022.
