"Central Express CVS" (CUMN), registered in classification II of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, has presented its operational and financial results for the second quarter of 2022.

During the reporting period:

• The company's net income increased by 240 percent compared to the same period last year and reached MNT 69.5 billion, which is 26.7 percent higher than the plan. In the first quarter of this year, the company's net income was MNT 41.6 billion, and the company's net income in the first half of the year increased by 248 percent compared to the same period last year and reached 111.2 billion MNT.

• The total profit of the company, or the profitability of all branch stores, reached MNT 1.6 billion in the second quarter of 2022, which was the first time since the company's establishment that it had a positive quarterly profit.

• The company's net loss in the second quarter of 2022 was MNT 1.3 billion, an improvement of MNT 4.5 billion from the previous quarter.

• The company's total assets increased by 18 percent compared to the end of 2021 and reached MNT 150.8 billion.

• The total number of employees of the company reached more than 2,800 at the end of the second quarter of 2022, which is a 133 percent increase compared to the same period last year.

• The number of branch stores reached 228 at the end of the second quarter of 2022, which is an increase of 101 compared to the same period last year.

"Central Express CVS" JSC presents its operational and financial results to the public every quarter, and it is planned to organize the presentation of the results of the third quarter of 2022 on October 21, 2022.
