According to Resolution No.: 16 of the Board of Directors meeting of "Suu" JSC, dated August 18, 2022, the Board approved to distribute semiannual dividends of MNT 4.60 per share. 

The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends will be determined on September 06, 2022, and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at the Mongolian Central Securities Depository within February 10, 2023.
