According to the Resolution of the Board of Directors meeting of "Darkhan Nekhii" JSC, dated June 27, 2023, the dividend amount of "Darkhan Nekhii" JSC has changed. 

The amount of dividends to be distributed to shareholders from the net profit of "Darhan Nekhii" JSC for the year-end of 2022 has been determined to be a total of 250,000,000 (Two hundred and fifty million) MNT.
