An opening bell ceremony to commence the primary market trading of “Sendly Bond 3.0” debt instruments publicly offered by “Sendly NBFI” JSC was held today (September 8, 2026) at the MSE Hall of the Mongolian Stock Exchange JSC.
The ceremony was attended by D. Munkhbat, Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Mongolian Stock Exchange JSC; T. Tserenbadral, Vice Chairman of the Financial Regulatory Commission; B. Naranbat, Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Sendly NBFI” JSC; B. Baasandorj, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Ulzii & Co Capital Securities LLC; and other representatives.

D. Munkhbat, Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Mongolian Stock Exchange JSC, stated in his opening remarks:
“Warm greetings to all investors and representatives of professional market participants joining us today for the opening bell ceremony to commence the primary market trading of “Sendly Bond 3.0” debt instruments publicly offered by “Sendly NBFI” JSC.
“Sendly NBFI” JSC has been operating steadily in Mongolia’s non-bank financial sector for more than 10 years. In September 2022, the company conducted an initial public offering on the Mongolian Stock Exchange and became a publicly listed company.
In August 2024, the company also successfully raised MNT 10 billion through the public offering of its “Sendly Bond 2.0,” demonstrating its experience as an issuer in Mongolia’s capital market.

Starting today, “Sendly NBFI” JSC is publicly offering 120,000 fixed-rate bonds through the Mongolian Stock Exchange, with a face value of MNT 100,000 each, a maturity of 24 months, and an annual interest rate of 19%, aiming to raise a total of MNT 12 billion.
The proceeds will be used to finance the company’s core business operations and lending activities.
I encourage all investors to actively participate in the trading.
Congratulations to the entire team of “Sendly NBFI” JSC, and I wish the company continued success in its operations.”
T. Tserenbadral, Vice Chairman of the Financial Regulatory Commission, stated:
“Activity in Mongolia’s financial market has accelerated during the first eight months of this year and is expected to remain at a high level during the third quarter.
The “Sendly Bond 3.0” debt instrument commencing trading on the public market today is the 14th product publicly offered in Mongolia’s capital market this year. As a result, companies have raised a total of MNT 613 billion through the capital market to date and utilized the funds for their operations.
As the financial market regulator, the Financial Regulatory Commission continues to implement policy and regulatory measures in stages aimed at supporting sustainable market growth, increasing market activity, and enhancing accessibility.
At the same time, market infrastructure organizations have recently revised and begun implementing regulations governing market-making activities with the aim of improving market liquidity and trading activity. This is an important development for the market.

New products and services are also being introduced to provide domestic investors with greater opportunities to invest in securities and fund units traded in international markets. For example, last August, an investment fund comprising a portfolio of 17 ETFs traded on the New York Stock Exchange was listed and commenced trading on the Mongolian Stock Exchange. This has enabled domestic investors to gain access to a diverse range of ETFs traded in international markets through a professionally managed investment fund at relatively lower costs.
“Sendly NBFI” JSC is a publicly listed company that has successfully issued public bonds in 2021 and 2023. It has become a familiar issuer among investors and an active participant in the non-bank financial and fintech sectors, with an established track record of raising financing through the capital market and maintaining investor confidence.
On the occasion of the commencement of primary market trading of “Sendly NBFI” JSC’s bonds, I wish continued success to the company’s management and employees, its lead and supporting underwriters, legal and audit firms, and all professional organizations and individuals involved in this offering.”
B. Naranbat, Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Sendly NBFI” JSC, stated:

““Sendly NBFI” JSC became a public company by conducting its initial public offering on September 30, 2022. At the time, the company raised an additional MNT 10 billion from the market on top of its MNT 10 billion in equity. Today, its equity has reached MNT 59 billion, representing a 4.9-fold increase over the four years since its IPO.
Similarly, the company’s total assets, which stood at MNT 30 billion in 2022, have now reached MNT 152 billion, representing a five-fold increase.
Since 2022, we have brought our fourth product to the market through the Mongolian Stock Exchange. We believe this growth and development clearly demonstrate how reforms in Mongolia’s capital market legal and regulatory framework and the favorable regulatory environment are creating new opportunities for startups and businesses to attract investment, expand their operations, and achieve rapid growth.
We sincerely thank the capital market regulator and all stakeholders who have made valuable contributions to our achievements and supported us throughout this journey.”
B. Baasandorj, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Ulzii & Co Capital Securities LLC, stated:

““Sendly NBFI” JSC has previously issued two public bonds, successfully raising a total of MNT 18.5 billion and distributing MNT 6.2 billion in returns to its investors.
The “Sendly Bond 3.0” is notable as the corporate bond with the highest credit rating issued in Mongolia’s capital market in 2026.
I encourage all investors to actively participate in the trading.”
At the conclusion of the ceremony, B. Naranbat, Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Sendly NBFI” JSC, performed the opening bell ceremony for the 7,786th securities trading session of the Mongolian Stock Exchange.
