According to the resolution No. 16 of the Board of Directors of "Tavantolgoi" JSC dated July 21, 2023, the dividend per share determined at the meeting of the board of directors on February 25, 2023 increased  from 2743.8 MNT to 5530.8 MNT based on the certified report of the company's financial audit.

It has been announced that the difference in the amount of dividend per share, 2787.0 MNT, will be distributed to the shareholders in the form of cash starting on August 1, 2023.
