By Resolution No. 24/03 dated February 5, 2024, "LendMn NBFI" JSC decided to distribute 29.9% of the company's net profit, or a total of 5,914,413,000 MNT, as a dividend to shareholders from the net profit of 2023.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set for February 23, 2024. The dividend of 8 MNT per share will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC on April 5, 2024.
