According to resolution No. 01/24 dated February 19, 2024, the Board of Directors of "BDSec" JSC, decided to distribute 464,453,475.87 MNT or 40% of net profit for the year 2023 as a dividend to the shareholders.

The company will distribute 33.91 MNT per share as a dividend.

The registration date for the shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set on March 11, 2024, and dividend payment will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC by July 30, 2024.
