According to resolution No. 03 dated February 21, 2024, the Board of Directors of "Tavan Tolgoi" JSC decided to distribute dividend from the company’s net profit to all the shareholders.

The company will distribute 4,996 MNT per share as a dividend.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and dividend payment will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC starting from May 01, 2024.
