On February 18, 2025, by the decision of the Board of Directors, No. 25/001, based on Sections 46.1, 46.5, and 46.10 of the Company Law, as well as Section 8.14 of the company's regulations, "Mandal Insurance" JSC announced that it will distribute dividends from its net profit after tax for 2024 amounting to 5,056,842,960.00 MNT (five billion fifty-six million eight hundred forty-two thousand nine hundred sixty), which is equivalent to MNT 8.10 per share.

The list of shareholders eligible for dividends will be determined based on the shareholder registry date, which will be the registration date for the company's annual shareholders' meeting in 2025. The dividends will be distributed through the Mongolian Central Securities Depository by April 30, 2025.
