“LendMN NBFI” JSC announced that, in accordance with Articles 46 and 80 of the Company Law, Clause 9.6.8 of Article 9 and Article 23 of the Company Charter, and Board Resolution No. 26/03 dated February 6, 2026, the company will distribute dividends from its net profit for 2025.

The dividend will amount to MNT 16.50 per share (sixteen tugriks and fifty mungus), totaling MNT 12,198,477,769.5.

The list of shareholders eligible for dividends is set as February 27, 2026, and the dividends will be transferred to shareholders’ accounts at the Securities Central Depository LLC by April 3, 2026.
