“Ard Insurance” JSC announced that, in accordance with Articles 46.1 and 46.2 of the Company Law, Article 76.1.12, and Board Resolution No. 08/26 dated February 2, 2026, the company will distribute dividends from the net profit reflected in its year-end financial statements for 2025.

The dividend will amount to MNT 40 per share (forty tugriks), totaling MNT 1,000,000,000.00.

The record date for determining shareholders eligible to receive dividends is set as the registration date of the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, and the dividends will be transferred to shareholders’ accounts at the Securities Central Depository LLC by April 30, 2026.
