"Darkhan Nekhii" JSC, ticker: NEH on MSE), pursuant to:

• Article 46 of the Company Law,
• Clauses 8.8.1 and 8.8.3 of Article 8 of the company's Charter, and Resolution No. 26/10 of the Board of Directors dated February 15, 2026, has resolved to distribute dividends.

From the 2025 year-end net profit, the company has set the dividend amount to be distributed to shareholders at 0.226 tugriks per share, for a total of 250,000,000 (two hundred fifty million) tugriks.

The record date for determining the list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends has been set as the record date of the regular shareholders’ meeting in 2026, and the dividends will be distributed through the "Central Securities Depository" LLC by April 30, 2026.
