According to the Resolution No.3 of the Shareholders’ Meeting dated April 26, 2017, “Tavantolgoi” JSC announced that the Company will distribute MNT45.9 billion to its shareholders by a dividend of MNT872 per share. The record date is March 13, 2017 and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository.
