The Board of Directors of Gobi JSC has provided the following announcement to their shareholders:
"ATTENTION TO THE SHAREHOLDERS OF GOBI JSC
We would like to inform that the factory operation has resumed starting from June 25th, 2017 which was suspended due to the fire caught on the factory roof on June 14th, 2017, upon completing the roofing work, removing the floods in the factory building and maintaining the equipment safety, thanks to the continuous efforts made by the executive management team and all staff of the company.
We would like express our sincere gratitude to the National Emergency Management Agency, Water Supply and Sewerage Authority, City Maintenance Authority, Ulaanbaatar Railway Station and Police Department of Khan Uul District who made all efforts to fight the fire and other organizations and individuals who assisted and donated to us. Also, we have decided to contribute the 50 percent of the donation or MNT16 million given from public to the National Emergency Management Agency.
