According to the Order no. 1/951 of the Chairman of the Financial Regulatory Commission dated 13 March 2018, the IPO of ‘LendMN BBSB’ JSC is considered as successful, granting the permission to commence the secondary market trading from 14 March 2018.

‘LendMN BBSB’ JSC has offered 25% of its shares jointly to the strategic investors (100.0 million shares) and the public (100.0 million shares) and received orders for its shares from 21 February 2018 to 7 March 2018. The 100.0 million shares offered to the public has received orders totaling 1.6 billion shares, which was an oversubscription by 16.5 times.  The company has set the record for the highest number of shares for subscription among the listed companies on MSE.
