The Exchange regularly organizes training sessions aimed at providing knowledge and information on finance and capital markets to university students, senior secondary school students, and the general public.
Based on the company’s 2025 year-end financial statements, a total of MNT 1,000,000,000 from operating net profit will be distributed as dividends at MNT 12.5 per share.
In accordance with the provisions 20.2 and 20.3.6 of the Securities Listing Rules of MSE and the application received from 'BDSec SC' JSC, the listing of securities of 'BDSEC SC' JSC has been upgraded from Tier II to Tier I by the Order No.A/92 dated August 14, 2018 of the CEO of the Mongolian Stock Exchange.
