"Ard Daatgal" JSC, the 6th new issue listed on MSE in 2018 as well as the second insurance IPO, is offering its 30 percent or 7.5 million shares of total outstanding shares to the public for MNT700 per share or total of MNT5.4 billion. The proceeds will be used to increase the owner's equity.
The undewriting service of this issue was provided by "BDSec" JSC, financial audit by "Dalai Van Audit Corporation" LLC, legal opinion by "ELC" law firm and asset valuation by "BDO Audti" LLC.
Subscription for the stock will be open during the period between 9:00am Monday, 17th September 2018 to 2:00pm Wednesday, 26th September, 2018.
In case of oversubscription for the stock, shares will be allocated on a pro-rata basis to all investors in accordance with the Primary Market Trading Rules of MSE.
