According to the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of "MaterialImpex" JSC that was held on November 2, 2018 with the attendance rate of 63.54 percent, the establishment of subsidiary company "Material Credit NBFI" LLC and the related amendment to the Company Charter have been approved by the 100 percent approval vote.
