The Revised Primary Market Trading Rules, which was approved by the Board of Directors of MSE dated October 26, 2018, have become effective starting from December 24, 2018 upon the acknowledgement of FRC on December 24, 2018. 

These Rules have revised the price setting and allocation processes in accordance with the international best practices. Also, it removed the overlapping and improved the practical application. For instance, it allows an underwriter to allocate up to 50 percent of the offering to strategic investors, and it sets top and bottom price bands in the bookbuilding approach which may be renewed once depending on the investor demands.
