"Tumen Shuvuut" JSC. a newly listed company on the Tier 2, is offering its 25 percent or 50 million shares of total outstanding shares to the public for MNT200 per share or total of MNT10 billion. 

Subscription for the stock will be open during the period between 9:00am, Tuesday 15th January 2019 to 3:00pm Thursday, 31st January, 2019. 

In case of oversubscription for the stock, orders of MNT3 billion will be allocated equally to all investors and rest of orders will be allotted on a pro-rata basis.
