The Financial Regulatory Commission at its Meeting held on 9 January 2019 passed the Decision to list the total of 280 million shares of “Ard Credit” NBFI, financial service provider. According to resolution No. 03, 25 percent or 70 million shares of the company will be offered to the public. The Company was listed on the Mongolian Stock Exchange as a Tier II issuer by the MSE CEO's Order No. A/133 dated November 30, 2019.

“Ard Credit” NBFI offers half of the company's publicly offered shares at MNT 70 per share fixed price to the strategic investors and the remaining half or 35 million shares through bookbuilding in the price range of MNT 70 and MNT 85 to the public, and in total, MNT 4.9-5.4 billion shall be raised for the use of funding loan sources and expanding operations.

The underwriting service is provided by "Ard Capital Group" LLC, auditing service by "Dalai Van Audit" LLC, legal consulting service by "ELC Advocates" LLC and asset valuation service by "BDO Audit" LLC.
