"Mongol Basalt" JSC announced that the Board of Directors approved the distribution of MNT 56.4 million to its shareholders by a dividend of MNT1.0 per share on February 01, 2019.  The record date is set as the record date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the dividends will be paid to the shareholders' accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository during the period between October 01, 2019 and December 31, 2019 depending on the company's cash flow condition.
