To honor the occasion of the opening of the stock subscription of ‘Ard Credit NBFI’ JSC’s IPO, Mr.Lkhagvasuren, Head of Securities Department of FRC, Mr.Altai, CEO of Mongolian Stock Exchange, Mr.Gankhuyag, CEO of ‘Ard Financial Group’ JSC, Mr.Ganzorig, CEO of ‘Ard Credit NBFI’ JSC, Ms.Gereltuya, shareholder and Board Member of ‘Ard Credit NBFI’ JSC, and Ms.Ulziibayar, CEO of ‘Ard Capital Group’ LLC visited Mongolian stock exchange and rang the bell to start the 5,912th securities trading of MSE.

"Ard Credit NBFI" JSC, established in 2011,  is a subsidiary company of the Ard Financial Group JSC and carries out loan services and online payments and settlements. The company is offering its 25 percent of total outstanding shares or 70.0 million shares for 70-85MNT per share and aiming to raise MNT4.9 billion to finance its loan services. The subscription will be recevied through MSE’s all member brokerage companies during the period between 9 am-3 pm, February 18, 2019 and March 01, 2019.
