'Khurd' JSC announced that the Board of Directors approved the distribution of MNT74.4 million to its shareholders by a dividend of MNT550.0 per share on February 18, 2019.  The list of eligible shareholders will be determined by the record date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The dividends will be paid in cash to the shareholders at the Company Office within the first half year and the remaining dividends will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository.
